Project Overview

Engineering Design Services has successfully completed multiple flare stack drone inspection projects for refineries and industrial facilities across Texas. Using drone-based technology, our team helps clients safely evaluate critical flare infrastructure while minimizing operational disruption.

EDS deploys the DJI 300 RTK, equipped with a high-resolution camera capable of 23x optical zoom, allowing our team to capture highly detailed imagery from a safe distance. This technology enables our engineers and inspection specialists to visually evaluate flare tips, structural components, and surrounding equipment without requiring personnel to work at height or shut down operations.
